How many sleeve braids come with the coat?
Question by: Walker Seldon on Nov 2, 2022, 10:21 AM
I am 6'3" tall. I have a 48 chest and a 40 waist. Which fit of AGSU coat should I buy: C or CC?
Question by: Grant Lawson on May 30, 2023, 10:07 AM
There is a "classic" cut coat pattern and an "athletic" cut coat pattern that the Army has established. The names are deceiving as the styles are based on your upper body shape (determined by the chest to waist measurement drop) over the physical build of the individual. The "C" and "CC" represent a body shape that would best fit in the classic cut coat pattern and the "A" and "AA" represent a body shape that would best fit in the athletic coat pattern. The chest to waist measurement drop in the classic coat pattern is 5" where the chest to waist measurement drop in the athletic coat pattern is closer to 7".

For a chest of 48" and a waist of 40" I would suggest the "A" upper body type.

What is the difference between the enlisted and officer buttons?
Question by: randy randolph on Sep 13, 2023, 4:37 AM
There is no difference between the enlisted and officer buttons, only the enlisted or officer engineer buttons and the enlisted or officer standard Army buttons.
Answer by: Liz Spratt (Admin) on Sep 13, 2023, 11:50 AM
There is no difference between Enlisted & Officer, there is only Army or Engineer difference in the Buttons for the AGSU.

Marlow White's swords and sabers have ceremonial blades. As such, they are built to strict military regulations to be used in drills, ceremonies, and displays. These blades are of the highest quality but are not sharpened for use as a weapon.
