How often are certain sizes of officer caps restocked? I need a size 7 (22”) but it is currently out of stock. I don’t know how loose the 7 1/8 (22.5”) would fit. Thanks!

The restock timeline from the Manufacture can take up to 2 months. We just receive a shipment & it should be enabled shortly, Otherwise, you may call 800-255-6136 to see if size is available or to place an order to be guaranteed one in the next shipment.

How can I get it with the optional insert upgrade?

The optional AGSU Cap Grommet (the insert that goes in the cap to make the top flat) is currently sold out. Our manufacturer is having a hard time locating the material needed to make this item, but he is doing his best and we hope to have them back in stock by summer of 2024.
