Marlow White Uniforms, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”)are incorporated in the United Stated of America by the name “Marlow White Uniforms, Inc. US Inc.” (“Marlow White Uniforms, Inc.”) and its global subsidiaries and companies are under the same management. We respect our user’s privacy and describe our data collection ethos and practices through this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, uses and disclose information or data of the users when they use our services. Unless stated otherwise or linked to a different policy, this Privacy Policy applies to users when they visit our website located at www.MarlowWhite.com (“the website”) and/or when they use the mobile application version currently available on Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (“our mobile application”) or other similar or related applications. By using our services, users consent to the collection and use of their information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions of Services, and in cases some subjects or aspects are not stated herein, they are mentioned in the Terms and Conditions of our service. Upon using our services, the users agree to the terms stated in this Privacy Policy and in the event the users do not agree with our Privacy Policy, they are requested to refrain from using our services. The effective date of this Privacy Policy is 1st June 2022.
- We collect the following data from the users:
- Personal/User Information: We collect and store data, content and other information that a user voluntarily provides to us when they use our services through our website and/or through our mobile application and/or when a user communicates through use via social media and/or when a user calls or sends us an email directly or any other means. Users are solely and exclusively responsible for the personal information they provide us. Users who utilize the Marlow White Sizing App provide additional information specific to that service. Through the Marlow White Sizing App, a user provides an image or video of their body taken using the camera of a smartphone, tablet, or laptop for the purpose of obtaining body measurements and styling preferences. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, an image refers to either a static image, a video, or a combination generated by the user. The user enters details including age, height, weight, and gender. We do not process the image portion above the mid-neck. Staff do not have access to images. Further, after we capture the image for measurement and display the results, the images and data are retained in our data base for a period of 1 (one) year after which they are automatically deleted. By using the Marlow White Sizing App, users consent to the collection, storage, and retention of their images and measurements as described in this Privacy Policy.
- Contact Information: We also collect the user’s name, email address, phone number, gender, height, address, zip code, purchase and order conformation and personal preferences when they use our services.
- Usage and Device Information: Upon using our services, we collect usage data including browser type, language, access times, location, and Internet Protocol Address ("IP address"). We also collect certain technical information such as hardware model, operating system and version, and other device identifiers. We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. We also use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. - Use of the information and data collected At the outset, it is pertinent to note that we do not distribute the information that we collect to any unauthorized third-party sources save as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy. We use information collected from the users when they use our website and/or mobile Application, register or sign up for the Application, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or to our marketing communication, browse our Application, or use Our Website or its features in the following ways: We use the information collected in the following manner:
- We use the information voluntarily provided by users when they use our services via our website and/or mobile application. We collect and use personal information to maintain and improve our services, deliver requested products and services, inform users about our offerings, and personalize the user experience. We also use personal information to analyze audience and usage patterns in order to improve our services. For users of the Marlow White Sizing App, images are stored on our secure cloud servers and are not accessible by Marlow White employees.
- We use contact information to send product and company updates, surveys, and information about new offers and services. Users may opt out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email communication or by contacting us at the email address provided in this Privacy Policy.
- We may use non-personal data such as language, time zone, location, and zip code to personalize user experience and improve our services. We may also use this information for marketing and advertising purposes. To the extent that any applicable law or regulation treats such information as personal data, we will treat it accordingly.
- We use aggregated, de-identified information to improve our services and better understand usage patterns. Aggregate or de-identified information is information that cannot reasonably identify a specific user and is therefore considered non-personal data for the purpose of this Privacy Policy. We may share this aggregated non-personal data with third party partners. By using our services, users consent to the collection and use of such aggregated non-personal data.

- In some of our email messages, we use a “click-through URL” linked to content on Our Website or Application. When customers click one of these URLs, they pass through a separate web server before arriving at the destination page on Our Website or Application. We track this click-through data to help us determine interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our customer communications. - User’s Access and Control over their Personal Data
- We retain different categories of personal data for different periods of time, depending on the nature of the data and the purpose for which it was collected. Sizing application data is retained for up to one (1) year from the date of collection. After that period, it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our internal data management practices. Order and transactional records are retained for longer periods as necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, maintain accurate business and financial records, comply with legal and tax requirements, support warranty or service inquiries, and preserve historical purchase information for customer service purposes. We may periodically review and remove data that is no longer required for legal, operational, or legitimate business purposes. Data deletion may occur without individual notice to users. By using our services, users acknowledge and consent to the retention of their information as described in this policy.
- Users may update, correct, or change personal data accessible through their account settings. Deleting an account does not automatically delete all associated personal data. Data retention following account deletion will follow the retention periods described in Section III.A above, with sizing application data retained for up to one (1) year and order/transactional data retained as necessary for business and legal purposes
- Users may request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting us at the email address provided in this Privacy Policy. We will respond to deletion requests within thirty (30) days. Please note that certain data may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
- If a user becomes aware that their personal data was provided to us without their authorization, they should immediately contact us at the email address provided in this Privacy Policy. Upon verification, we will delete such data without undue delay, except where retention is required by law or regulation.
- To exercise any data protection rights described in this Privacy Policy, users must verify their identity to ensure the security of their personal data. We may request additional verification information as necessary to confirm the identity of the person making the request.
- Storage of the data and information that we collect We store and secure the data and information as we collect from our users in the following manner:
- We store user data across multiple secure environments depending on the nature of the data and the services being used. Customer and order data collected through our e-commerce platform is stored on a secure virtual private server. Operational and business data is maintained on our internal systems. Data collected through the Marlow White Sizing App, including images and measurements, is stored on Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures across all storage environments to protect user data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. In the event that we change any of our storage providers or infrastructure, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
- We maintain security practices and procedures to detect and respond to data security incidents. In the event of a breach affecting user personal data, we will take immediate steps to contain the incident, assess the scope of the breach, and notify affected users as required by applicable law.
- We protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure through a combination of technical and organizational security measures including firewall protection and SSL encryption. User accounts are protected by password authentication. For payment processing, we utilize a tokenized payment solution meaning that actual payment card data is never stored on our systems. Payment transactions are handled by our third-party payment processor in accordance with their own security standards and compliance requirements.
- Users of the Marlow White Sizing App may request that their images and associated data be deleted from our system by contacting us at the email address provided in this Privacy Policy. We will make every effort to process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving the request.
- While we implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee that our systems are completely protected from unauthorized access, hacking, viruses, or other security vulnerabilities. 1. Order Processing: We generally like to ship within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving your order; however, please allow us up to 2 business days to ship general items. For more detailed explanation concerning specific times, order methods, and items, visit the General Processing Time on our Shipping Page.
2. Shipping Time: please visit our Shipping Page or Delivery Time Estimates Page for details.
3. Credit Card Processing: We take credit card security very seriously and will process your orders with our upmost security. We accept checks addressed to "Marlow White Uniforms" which can be mailed to our headquarter's location at 400 Seneca Street, Leavenworth, KS. All Canadian checks will incur a $25 processing fee (this will be waived for credit cards).
4. Sales Tax and Exemptions: We are located in the State of Kansas. We must charge sales tax for all orders shipped to a Kansas address and remit the payments to the State of Kansas. If your organization accepts delivery of our products in Kansas, but it is exempted from sales tax, we need you to provide us with a copy of your tax exempt documentation.
