General Processing Time
We generally like to ship within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving your order; however, please allow up to 2 business days to ship in-stock items. Items that require production or alteration time are noted on the product page and on our delivery estimates page. We prioritize Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and 2nd Day Air orders.
Telephone orders: For same-day shipping, please call us with your order before 1:00 p.m. (Central). If the item is in stock we will do our best to ship it the same business day. We cannot guarantee same-day shipment of orders received after 1:00 p.m. (Central).
Web orders: Web orders ship based on the production time of the products selected. Most in-stock, non-production orders received before noon (Central) ship the same business day. If you need a web order to go out the same day, please call us at 1-800-255-6136 to alert us of the urgency.
Saturday Delivery
Next Day Air packages shipped on Friday arrive the following business day (Monday). Saturday delivery is not offered at checkout, but we may be able to arrange UPS Saturday delivery for an additional charge. It is not available to all areas, rates vary with weight, size, and destination, and we cannot guarantee carrier performance. Please call 1-800-255-6136 before noon (Central) on Friday for a quote.
International and U.S. Territory Orders
All prices above are for U.S. orders. For international and U.S. Territory orders, click here. Free shipping does not apply to international orders or U.S. Territories. If you are stationed overseas or at sea with an APO/FPO/DPO address, your order ships by USPS Priority Mail (free on orders of $99.99 or more); USPS Priority Mail Express is available at checkout where the Postal Service offers it for your address. Shipment Shortages
Shortages in shipments must be brought to our attention within three business days from the date of delivery in order to receive invoice adjustments or replacement items.
Murphy's Law
WE CANNOT INFLUENCE OR AFFECT YOUR ORDER ONCE IT IS TAKEN BY THE CARRIER. UPS and USPS may refuse or delay delivery of any service for inclement weather as they see fit, and occasionally they have a service failure. We cannot warranty their performance. Carriers may hold a package until they can get a signature if you live in an apartment or have a non-secure delivery location. PLAN AND ORDER EARLY TO PREVENT A VISIT FROM MR. MURPHY! UPS will not deliver to a PO Box; a PO Box order ships by USPS.
