Product QuestionsIs the CSIB that I purchased for my ASU the same size that I would wear for my mess dress? Or is there a “mini” CSIB like there is for the staff badges (i.e. Department of the Army). Thank you.Question by: Richard Corner on Apr 29, 2018 7:46:00 AMYes, the CSIB on your ASU is the same size and style as the CSIB worn on your mess jacket. Miniature CSIB's are not on the market, and if they are, are not authorized for wear on either uniform. You will not need to purchase a new CSIB, unless you want one for each jacket.
Thank you for your service!Answer by: Sandy Johnson (Admin) on Apr 30, 2018 10:18:00 AMI have a set of miniature medals that you assembled for me about 10 years ago. The structure that holds them together is falling apart. Can I send them to you and get them remounted? The total number of medals is 19. Additionally, I need to add the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry with Palm to the rack. What might that cost?
Thanks in advance for your help,
DougQuestion by: Douglas Daniel on Sep 11, 2017 5:42:00 AMWe would be happy to assist in re-mounting your miniature medals that you purchased from us in previous years. Without seeing the awards I can give you a rough estimate on the pricing.
New award: $12.50
Remounts: $5 ea. = $95 for 19 (we might not have to remount them all, it depends on the configuration with adding the VN COG award)
Return Shipping: $12

Answer by: Hannah Aaron (Admin) on Sep 13, 2017 8:26:00 AMQuestion by: SGT. Cameron Wludyka on Apr 17, 2017 8:28:00 AMNo, we do not sew on patches or provide any tailoring (hems, adjustments, etc.) to uniforms ordered online. They come completely unaltered. The reasoning is we do not wish to alter a uniform that may not fit to military spec. However, to help aid with the local alteration process, we do provide an alteration guide for you to give your local tailor when getting your uniform completed.Answer by: Hannah Aaron (Admin) on Apr 27, 2017 1:58:00 PM
