The experience was great. The wording on the options for the order of the sword was very confusing so I called and got excellent customer service to explain it. I recommend slightly changing the verbiage when a customer is choosing the optional etch on the sword: change from (etch from sword tip to sword grip) to stay the correct that the etch will go in the space circled in the picture; also recommend placing the “*ALL CAPS not recommended” for both the Old English and Edwardian scripts inside parentheses as I mistakenly understood this to mean the both fonts were not recommended. Regardless of those things the experience was excellent the customer service was perfect, informative, confident and pleasant.
