Would it be possible to substitute Navy engravings with those of the US Coast Guard, to present these cutlasses to retiring Chiefs?

What are the dimensions for the sword and scabbard for creating a shadow box? I don’t see the details tab.

For the overall length of the saber, you would take the blade length you choose and add 5 3/4" for the hilt.

The guard height is 4 3/4" tall, and 3 3/4" deep.

The best way to do this is to purchase a cutlass without etch along with a $30 gift certificate to cover the cost of etching later. The winner will still have to pay to ship the sword back.
