The service caps have a constant and more rigid shape than a beret, not to mention that berets tend to stretch a little over time. I measured my head for the purchase of a Army Blue ASU Service Cap and it is right under 22 1/8". What size should I order? If I order the incorrect size online, can I return it for an exchange or refund?

You are between a 7 & 7 1/8. If the cap doesn't fit you may use the Returns & Exchange form with your Invoice to send back for another size.
