Marlow White's swords and sabers have ceremonial blades. As such, they are built to strict military regulations to be used in drills, ceremonies, and displays. These blades are of the highest quality but are not sharpened for use as a weapon.

Placing An Order
Ordering: Marlow White's Award Builder is different because it allows you to build and see all your various award sets (ribbon, mini-medals, and full-size) at once, by simply selecting each award.
Step 1. Choose your primary branch of service and any additional branches from which you have awards.
Step 2. Choose your awards on the left hand side of the page. When you choose an award, the possible device options appear. Select any devices, then click "add award." You can always modify devices later.
Step 3. Add to cart. Just purchase the set(s) you currently need, whether Ribbons, Mini Medals, Full Size Medals, or Unit Citations. Perhaps you need Mini Medals and Ribbons. This makes the process easier.
Step 4. Choose your production speed. Currently, our production time is 5 to 6 business days. When orders need to be produced faster, there is a rush fee, as it puts our production staff into overtime. If you have an emergency, feel free to call us. We do our very best to meet your wear date.
Step 5. Complete your order in the shopping cart. If you log in to our website, it makes saving your awards for future orders much easier.

Should I buy Marlow White Mounted Awards?
Our awards are built with the Professional in mind. Each award and device represents actions of sacrifice, bravery, and commitment. Because of this, our Awards sets do not cut corners. Keep in mind, updating a mounted may cost more than updating a slide-on set.
When I create my awards set on the web site, something doesn't look quite right. How do I fix it before placing my order?
Just create your set as close as possible to how it should look, order it, then let us know of anything that needs to be modified. E-Mail [email protected] or call (800) 255-6136 and ask for the Awards Department.
I found a problem with your Awards Designer. What should I do?
Proper wear and display of Awards is complex, yet precise. We strive to get it right. Please notify us at [email protected] if you see something that is contrary to Military Regulations.
Can I make a change once I order?
Sure. Please remember though, changes increase the possibility of miscommunication, so it's best to double check everything before ordering.
How do I add awards to a Marlow White set that I already have?
- Build the set you want with your new awards included. Do NOT place the order online.
- Select "View Larger", then print out the page with the new awards and devices circled.
- Firefox: "view we've found printing landscape at 70% or 80% works well and prints your set on page 2.
- Chrome: seems to handle printing the award set well.
- If print doesn't properly show your award set, we would recommend selecting "view larger" and then taking a screen capture, and printing that.
- Mail this to us with your awards and any instructions.
- Please make sure to give us all your contact info. Any previous Order Numbers would be helpful.

Can I return mounted ribbons or medals?
We will happily repair any defective awards sets, but custom sets are not refundable.
Do you make "thin ribbons?"
No. In our opinion, thin ribbons are light weight, but have few other virtues.
I have state ribbons or special foreign awards. Can you help me?
Yes, we need you to send in your special awards. Build the set online without the special awards. Order the set and notify us that you are sending us your special awards for mounting. Please tell us the order of precedence and any special instructions.
