Once you bring the Jacket to the store you may request a Rush Alteration,. As the timeline is usually a week turnaround, they will be able to let you know if it can be accommodated based on current scheduling.

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we do not offer custom-made Ike Jackets. While we can adjust sleeve length by either shortening or extending it (extending is a special order), we are unable to alter the overall body length or shape of the jacket, as this would require creating a new pattern, which is outside our scope of work.

To return/exchange any item, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the Returns & Exchange Form included in your package or access it online using this link: https://www.marlowwhite.com/policy/return
2. Indicate the size you'd like to exchange for on the form.
3. Send the item back to us. Once the returned item passes our inspection, we'll ship the replacement within 2-3 days.

Need it sooner? Place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Important Notes:

- Items must be in their original condition: tags attached, un-tailored, free of animal hair, and with the hanger and garment bag (if item is a coat or jacket) included.
- Return the item using a suit and hanger box for proper protection during transit.

They are the same jacket. The only difference is that offers will pin their rank on the epaulettes and enlisted will have their chevrons (rank) sewn to the sleeve.

Here are the standard sleeve lengths for the Ike jacket:

Short: 17 ¼"

Regular: 18 ¼"

Long: 20 ¼"

Unlike other uniform jackets, the Ike jacket does not have a strict regulation for where the sleeve should fall. It features double buttons at the cuff to provide a secure closure and prevent the sleeve from falling into the palm. The key is ensuring the sleeve doesn’t appear too blousy once the cuff is fastened at the wrist.

I'd be happy to clarify, for the Ike Jacket we provide the option to have Alterations for the patches, OSB, & Service marks. The advantage of selecting the recommended sizing option provided (sizing code emailed - A123456), is if any concerns arise, we will work through them at our expense to resolve.

While we are happy to proceed with the Alterations outside of the recommended size, you will need to verify understanding if we proceed with the alterations we are unable to be held responsible for:
• Fit ( too small/large)
• Replacement shirt
• Refund the alterations

However, you may order the Ike Jacket of your choice, WITHOUT ALTERATIONS and any exchanges or refunds needed due to fit, will process as a normal order.

Yes, when you check out it gives you the option of delivery once it leaves our store. If you have an event/wear date please email [email protected] with the order # and we will annotate that on the order.
