The gift certificate includes a twelve-digit, alphanumeric, randomly generated, code. To redeem the gift certificate please bring that code to one of our store locations, or you may input the code into the shopping cart when making an online purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
To check the balance remaining on a gift certificate go to the cart page (ensure there is at least one product in your cart). The lower right option is titled "Gift Cards", and below that is a link which says "Check gift card status and balance."
There are two options for the gift certificate delivery:
- Marlow White can email the gift certificate directly to your recipient or
- Marlow White can send a color gift certificate PDF to you --- giving you the option of printing the PDF, forwarding to the PDF to the gift recipient, or whatever approach you feel is best for your gift.
