Retired Soldiers who have already purchased the U.S. Army Retired ID Badge for their ASUs may continue to wear it or purchase and wear the new SFL Retired ID Badge.
The Retired Service ID Badge is ranked last in order of precedence, behind all other ID badges.

Male ASU: worn on the left coat pocket, centered between the bottom of the pocket flap and the bottom of the pocket, and centered from left to right.
Female ASU: worn on the left side of the coat, parallel to the waistline
Mess Uniform: worn on the left side of the jacket, centered between the upper two buttons (male) or lower two buttons (female).

Is there a badge for the 2nd Armored Division in the works. I was with 2-1 Cavalry Regt in Vietnam & we were never reasigned to 4th Inf Div, as a result the Combat Patch for 2-1 Cav in Vietnam is the 2AD.
