WE CANNOT INFLUENCE OR AFFECT YOUR ORDER ONCE IT IS TAKEN BY UPS! They can refuse delivery of Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or normal service for inclement weather as they see fit. Occasionally they have a service failure. We cannot warranty their performance. They may refuse delivery until they can get a signature from you if you live in an apartment or have a non-secure front door. This may make the use of a UPS Store necessary if you are a PSG, PLT LDR, 1SG or Commander, for example, that doesn't get home until after 2000 hours.

Free UPS Ground Shipping for US
Internet Orders Over $250:
Any web order of at least $250 receives free UPS Ground Shipping. You may still choose upgraded shipping, in which case you will only need to pay the up-charge.
If you are stationed overseas/at sea and have an APO/FPO address we can send your order via Priority Mail. If you would like your order to arrive sooner, you might want to choose the APO Rush option (which will cost $24). Keep in mind that USPS Express Mail eligibility varies per address. If you choose APO Rush and it turns out the service is not available for your address, you will not be charged the $24 upcharge.
Free UPS Ground shipping does not apply to international orders.

We generally like to ship within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving your order; however, please allow us up to 2 business days to ship general items. Special items that require more time are listed on our detailed "time-in-transit" page. We prioritize our Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders For orders that are being shipped Next Day or 2nd Day Air, we will try our absolute best to ship these orders out within 24 hours. Please note that same day shipping is not same day delivery. We do not arrange for same-day-delivery courier service through airlines. For those of you who must have overnight delivery, our policy is:
Telephone orders: For same day shipping, please call us with your order before 1:00 p.m. (CST). If the item is in stock, we will do our best to ship it out the same business day. For telephone orders received after 1:00 p.m. (CST), we cannot guarantee to ship out that same day, but will try our best, depending on the volume of other orders at that time, on our UPS pick-up time, etc. Please alert us of the urgency while on the phone; we will do our best.
Web orders: Web orders which arrive at Marlow White by 8:00 a.m. (CST) and are in stock will generally ship out that same business day. We cannot guarantee same-day shipment of web orders that arrive after 8:00 a.m. (CST). If you send us a web order that you wish to go out the same day, please telephone us at 1-800-255-6136 to alert us of the urgency.
"Emergency" Saturday Delivery:
Standard UPS Overnight packages shipped on Friday will arrive the following business day, but we understand that emergencies do happen. We may be able to arrange UPS Saturday delivery within the following constraints:
UPS Overnight Saturday delivery is not available to all areas (e.g., Hawaii, some remote rural areas, etc.).
We can only arrange Saturday delivery using UPS.
The minimum additional charge is $65.00 (i.e., normal Standard Shipping Rate, plus at least $65 more).
UPS Saturday rates vary widely due to weight, size, zip code, and value. We must know what you are ordering to quote.
You must call us for a quote.
We cannot absolutely guarantee delivery because we are relying on the UPS delivery mechanism and acts of God do occur
