The Service Dress Blue Uniform is a year-round uniform worn for official functions and for functions where the civilian equivalent is a coat and tie.

The Service Dress Blue Uniform can be worn on more formal occasions with different accessories.
Worn for change of command ceremonies, occasions of state, other ceremonies, and solemnities.
The name tag is removed from the uniform for this variation. The Service Dress Blue is modified to add the following items:
