The Chief of Staff of the Army is still reviewing details related to the update, especially in relation to the uniform accoutrements. The Vice Chief stated that the announcement will be "soon".

We are producing what we believe will be the last of our Class A Green Uniforms – male and female, officer and enlisted.  They should be here by March 5.

The industry has essentially stopped producing Greens in anticipation of a uniform change.  Frankly, it makes little business sense for us to produce Greens at this point, but we have had quite a few calls about them.  We are trusting that those of you who need them now will remember us in the future as the “Go To Place.”

For PSYOP branch, we have the new branch insignia, cap braid, and nylon shoulder straps. Sleeve braid and mess facing are shared with SF, so we have these in stock as well.  We expect to have the bullion shoulder straps within a few weeks.

Logistics Branch remains a bit of a challenge.  We have the insignia, nylon shoulder straps, and mess jacket facing.  But without sleeve braid, these don’t help you much.  We expect the sleeve braid, cap braid, and bullion shoulder straps within a few weeks.

You might ask, “Why is it taking so long?”  Good question.  It takes time to dye and weave the sample run, obtain the Institute of Heraldry approval, and then dye and weave the final ribbon used in the braid and shoulder straps.
