General
Information We provide
service and support to each Department that is ordering Dress Uniforms.
Because each uniform will be customized to the Department we have
chosen not to use a "shopping cart" approach. As you work
through the following steps, feel free to send us an e-mail or call
us on the phone with any questions you have. Some Departments will
know the exact style and accessories they are looking for and will
very quickly progress to Step 5, where they e-mail us the information
for a quote. Others will take longer as they look at the different
options that are available and then e-mail us their information.

Choose
Coat Style and Color Our
selection of Dress Uniform Coats are created
from four basic coat styles:

- Four-Button

Choose
Trousers and Braid Options
Once
you have selected your coat style, deciding on trousers should be
fairly straightforward. Typically most organizations go with the
same trouser to match their coat selection, though we can do custom
fabrics and colors if desired. Visit our Dress

Choose
Alteration and Fitting Options We are
very concerned with how your uniforms fit, because of this we offer
several fitting options. The most common method is to have you send
height, weight, and usual coat and trouser size to us for each member.
We will review that information, possibly make changes and/or recommendations,
and send you try-on sets to confirm the fit. Any uniform that does
not fit can be exchanged until we get the right fit. For large orders,
it might be more econimical to send one of our staff to fit your
entire department. Marlow
White prefers that you alter our uniforms locally, primarily because
we normally cannot physically see the uniform on the individual.
We do offer alteration service for those who do not have a tailor
experienced in altering uniforms and attaching braids.

Request
Quotation When
you have a rough idea of what you are interested in, compile the
information in an e-mail * and send it to us for a quotation. We will review and respond to
your message via phone or e-mail, followed with a quote. The general
information we need:

Issue
Purchase Order There
is usually a fair amount of dialog between step 6 and 7 which is
a part of the service Marlow White provides to our customers. When
everything is decided, you can submit a Purchase Order for the uniforms.
At this point, everything is either shipped or put into production.

8. |
Your
Order is Filled Orders
that are in stock will often ship a day or two after we receive
your Purchase Order. Custom uniforms with off the shelf fabric generally
take 4-6 weeks. Custom fabrics can take 4-5 months. If we are doing
your alterations, it will typically take us 2 weeks from the time
the uniforms are marked and returned.

Our
Guarantee for the Future When
you order from Marlow White, we guarantee your uniform pricing will
remain the same for at least 24 months after your initial purchase. When
you place your order, we create detailed records to make sure all
future orders will match - with little to no effort on your part.
