As the Army transitions from the Class A Green and the Dress Blue to the Army Service Uniform (ASU), we are not entirely certain how or when the Nation's JROTC and ROTC programs will implement the uniform change.

We have designed our packages on the basis that the JROTC uniforms will have many of the same distinctions as the Junior Enlisted uniforms, whereas the ROTC Color Guard uniforms will have many of the same distinctions as the NCO uniforms.
