Shipping time is in addition to production time.

Please remember that just because we offer rush service doesn't mean we will always be able to fit your rush order in!

When you are submitting a rush order, please mention that your order is a rush order in the "comments" field on the Excel order form.

Shipping Considerations:

1. For rush orders, we suggest that you request Express shipping or FedEx Next Day Air.
2. Shipping/delivery times are in addition to production time, so please plan accordingly.

1. Custom-Made Miniature and Full-Size Medal Sets:
   • Medals purchased from us (price includes mounting).
     Minis $9.50 - $19.50
     Full Size $15.50 -$69.50
   • (See order form for details).
     
   • Marines: Please make sure to tell us if you are a Marine. We do not stock anodized medals, but we can mount yours, if you like.
2. Custom-made Army Ribbon Sets:
• Marlow White's ribbon sets are sturdier than the "thin" versions on the market. We incorporate a metal framework within the backing that takes a bit more time and expense to build, but the metal-framework backing makes the ribbon rack less prone to damage than a plastic backing.
• You can supply us with your previous Marlow White set for update and we will re-use as much as we are able ; however, please note that the "deeper" the order of precedence for the additional awards, the less we will be able to use from your current set.
3. Moving or Remounting:
   1. Ribbons- $5.00 each.
   2. Minis- $5.00 each.
   3. Full Size- $6.00 each.

• Slide-on Ribbons: $1.00 each

  • 2-ribbon bracket, $0.75
  • 3-ribbon bracket, $1.00
  • 4- to 6-ribbon bracket, $2.50

Please note that we can only update sets that we have built previously.

Ribbons and miniature medals are $5 ea. that we have to move/remount for the correct order of precedence. Full size medals are $6 ea. one that we have to move/remount.

Example: To add the Iraqi Campaign Service ribbon to the following rack would require six remounts. ($30 + new ribbon ($5) = $35)
